I just wanted to let you know that you have two Superstars working at the Fredericksburg location. I take my clothes there all the time and Frances really helped me out today.
I had a stain on my purse that I couldn't get out on my own. She said normally that Five Star doesn't clean purses but was willing to go out of her way to try and steam clean the stain out of my handbag.

I greatly appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond for her customers. She and Sonny removed the stain out in no time and I was back at work within 15 minutes.

I have been going to Five Star Cleaners for many years now and have always been impressed with the personnel at the #10 location in Castle Hills. Sharon knows almost all of her customers by their fist name and always keeps the lines in the store or the drive up area to a minimum for a short wait time. Her and the whole staff always greet you and know who you are without having to ask. Thank you all for the great customer service and great laundry service.

I just wanted to send a compliment on one of your employees at the Five Star Cleaners on 1150 N. Loop 1604 West / at Blanco. I only know her by "Deb," but Deb is usually at this location when I stop in at 8am in the mornings. Please pass along this message to Deb's manager.  

Deb is always friendly, courteous, prompt, and very professional.  Recently during the loss of my clothing in your plant fire, Deb was most helpful and so apologetic about the incident. Which, by the way, I was so sorry to hear of the loss of your plant. Most certainly, the clothes can easily be replaced.  It's the owners and employees whose lives have been disrupted that we send out our prayers to, in hope that you will soon be up and running full speed.  

Anyway, I just wanted you to know what a great asset you have in Deb - she is a wonderful employee.

I am a long time customer at your Thousand Oaks Store.  Last week I dropped off a couple pairs of slacks  to be cleaned. Unknown to me I had left over $130.00 in cash in one pocket. My office is next to your cleaners and about 30 minutes after I made the drop Yvette came in my office with my money. Needless to say I was very appreciative and impressed at her honesty!  I gave her a small reward but I thought you should know what kind of person you had working in your store.  In this day it is always refreshing and reassuring to see someone like Yvette serving the public. People like her will keep clients coming to your store for many years to come, especially this one.

I would like to comment on the service I consistantly receive at Store No. 3, in Balcones Heights on Fredericksburg Rd.

I am a life-time resident of San Antonio and have been utilizing dry-cleaning services for the better part of my adult life (more than 35 years).

Never before have I received service to the level which appears to be the "norm" at this store. My clothes are completed in a timely manner, always to my satisfaction and those who help me are polite, quick, courteous and attentive to detail.

If all your stores operate at this level, then I presume Five Star is the "gold standard" for the dry-cleaning business in San Antonio.

As a manager I appreciate good and quality service and recognize it when I see it.

You have been a life saver!!!!

We live in Dallas and had a very expensive fabric purse that had been stained with an ink pen.  
I took it to two dry cleaners and leather shop in University Park/Dallas and they all told me it could probably not be cleaned. However, over Thanksgiving weekend, a friend agreed to take it to Five Star Cleaners in San Antonio. Donovan and your fine staff miraculously cleaned it to near perfection.
